Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of ministrytrail.garden and the referral services Ministrytrail Septic offers through it. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Ministrytrail Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask to see proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and, when it applies, with your insurer and local health department.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you reach out, and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs or try to get in without permission.

Phone Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@ministrytrail.garden.

Ownership of Site Content

The content and design of this site belong to Ministrytrail Septic or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Ministrytrail Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services or from an agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
